TRAI releases a pre-consultation paper on regulation of OTT and Net-Neutrality

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has released a consultation paper on “Regulatory Framework for Over-the-top (OTT) services” which also seeks comments on issues of internet licensing and net-neutrality.
