DOT releases Draft Rules under Telecommunications Act, 2023

The Department of Telecommunications released four sets of draft rules under the Telecommunications Act, 2023, for a 30-day consultation period covering interception, suspension of telecom services, telecom cybersecurity and critical telecom infrastructure on Thursday. These are attached below:
